About feat. Fosbury

feat. Fosbury are experts and full-service providers for ERP solutions. In addition, their accounting services take care of clients’ accounting processes. They pursue the goal of creating modern and contemporary working conditions through innovative working environments and quickly established themselves as a popular contact point for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Rainer Schramm, Managing Director at feat. fosbury, says:

“With natif.ai, we automate the capture and digitization of our customers’ invoices. Thanks to OpenAPI, the accounting workflow was quick and unproblematic to connect to the ERP system weclapp. Through automated document classification and extraction of key data, we reduce errors and manual workload.”

Challenge

feat. Fosbury faced two challenges. On the one hand, they want to enable their customers to digitize and automate their work processes. On the other, they want to find an interface for automated document processing with natif.ai that can be easily connected to the weclapp ERP system.

Solution

With natif.ai accounting workflow, feat. Fosbury succeeds in automating accounting document management for its customers with the help of AI models. For example, incoming documents such as invoices, cash receipts, credit notes or delivery bills can be classified by document type upon receipt. Key information, such as address data, payment data and total amounts, as well as item data, is then extracted and processed directly in weclapp.

""

Results

The implementation of the API was quick and straightforward. feat. Fosbury was able to easily connect the natif.ai accounting workflow to the weclapp ERP system.
This enables feat. Fosbury to automate their customers’ entire accounting process. As a result, their customers save most of the manual workload in accounting and also achieve greater precision in the data extraction of incoming documents. This allows them to work more efficiently and focus on their core processes.
